Think of it this way what ticked you off about this negative aspect must go to a place of total fear and the instinct of denial with that same thought you must see the darkest depth of that negative thought as your own them release it . That is what some call forgiveness, but you are forgiving the universe because it is you. Then There is the Kingdom. This persons path is so delightful. Good luck on your journey my friend.
