Insight of Extra Sensory Perception

Just what are the insights that you get when you tap into your sixth sense? The dictionary describes this knowing referred also to ESP (extra sensory perception) as the communication or perceptions received by means other than the physical senses.

We find this phenomenon a subject of interest in movies like "The Sixth Sense," and TV programs like "The Medium." Some of the best selling books have characters with heightened sensitivies who are able to receive information from non-visible sources. There are tests to determine if you have heightened intuitive abilities and quizzes to take to find out if you are psychic. Perhaps you are wondering the value of this non-logical information. If you take a psychic quiz and find that you have higher than average intuitive perceptions, what might this tell you about yourself? Are there resources to help you learn about your skills and sensitivity? Can you learn to develop your insights more consciously? The answer is, yes.

If you do not know of an intuitive practitioner in your local area the Internet can be a valuable resource. You can locate intuitive coaches and facilitators as you search your area. Once you locate one, contact them. Ask about their background, how long they have been teaching, and what are their beliefs on the subject. If you like what they have to say, and they feel sincere, then ask what types of courses or classes they offer. There are many reasons to develop deeper insight, and a good facilitator will know how to point you in a direction that is useful for you.

For instance, using our intuition in the workplace can help a person be a more effective employee. Insight and intuition can be useful when reading and sensing the non-verbals of people in business and in personal relationships. Intuition can also enhance creativity and extablish a deeper inner connection to create more peace in our lives. Our intuition can let us know that everything is really okay when the moment seems overwhelming. Learning to trust intuition and sensitivity can greatly deepen our connection to pleasure and life.
