TV Shows with Spiritual Mediums and Psychics
Once the stuff of printed mystery novels, horror stories, and newspaper crime scene investigations, clairvoyants have a new medium. TV show psychics, in one form or another, seem to be on two to three times a week.
In "Body of Evidence," true crime investigations are solved with the help of spiritual mediums, who have had exceptional results using their gift to help solve cases that have gone cold. I also like ''Pet Psychic" with Sonya Fitzpatrick on Animal Planet. Communicating using mental telepathy, Sonja can find out what makes your animal happy, sad, and sick; extremely useful for the pet owner who doesn't want to spend a lot of money taking their dog to the vet when he only needs a change of diet.
In the drama department, psychics on TV include the new show simply titled "Medium" with Patricia Arquette. Arquette plays a character inspired by real life researcher and psychic Allison DuBois, who gets flashes of information as pictures or short, out of focus movies. Based on actual events, this show is good because it plays out like a regular drama show. It's only half way through that you remember that the show is based on crimes which really happened-with the writer's creative license, of course.
Clairvoyants are on the talk show circuit as well. Carla Mae helps hundreds of people through radio and TV programming by communicating with the person's deceased family members and friends through voice sensory- hearing the live person's voice in the phone and then connecting to the one who has crossed over. Rumor has it that she will host her own talk show-tentatively titled "Messages with Carla Mae." It's about time they aired a live medium; TV shows or radio, finally people will begin to sit up and take notice of this fascinating part of the world of metaphysics.
