Supplements and Vitamins Provide Insurance for the Body
Did you know that there is a simple way to improve your overall health
By adding a once a day vitamin supplement that give you the daily amounts of the most needed minerals and vitamins that your body is most likely lacking will do wonders for your health.
This is especially true if you are older. If you are younger, it will help support your body and keep your age clock from ticking. You can actually have a body clock that is much younger than your age with proper support.
Most people need vitamins because it is so difficult to eat enough of the right foods to give the body the minerals and vitamins it needs to function effectively. By taking supplementation, it ensures that even when you don't eat enough fruits and vegetables you are still getting the needed nutrients to support your body's organs, blood, and immune system.
Around the age of 45 our bodies slow down in the production of hormones, amino acids and other substances. We can in turn replace them with a dietary supplement. While we do not know the benefits of all the vitamins, supplements, and herbs there's certainly positive evidence of their impact on the body and its insurance of better health and well being. For example, it has been proven that calcium supplements prevent Osteoporosis. Vitamin A is also proven to slow the onset of retinitis pigmentosa. There are so many other similar findings for other dietary supplements as well as vitamins and herbal formulations.
So, a once a day vitamin is really a great idea not only for women's health, but for men and children also. It is also wise to occasionally check your blood, and have a hair sample analyzed. You can receive back test results that will measure the nutritional values in your body, and a nutritionist can then recommend additional supplementation to support any area of your body that might need a boost. You also may find that you need to detox certain elements from you system. Again, supplements can help you bring a balance to your overall system to keep your immune system in good shape for warding off any intruders or free radicals.
Another reason it is advisable to have a nutritional consultation, is that everyone does not have the same needs. There are genetic factors to consider, and risk factors associated with race and age. Certain people need certain supplements and vitamins that others may not need.
