Wedding supplies and setup can be intimidating if you are planning a wedding for yourself or a friend. Finding the right sources with the right prices that provide the best quality can be difficult. Shopping online can often be the best way to find these supplies.
Wedding flowers are a big decision to make when planning a wedding. Do you want fresh flowers or silk? Silk flowers last forever and can be displayed in the home of the newly weds. Some people just prefer fresh flowers and often a bride has a particular flower that is perfect for the wedding for sentimental reasons. But ultimately the choice is best left to the bride, for the groom most likely will not be that concerned about having the perfect flowers.
If you want to write your own wedding vows, most chapels and churches as well as other wedding planners and coordinators, will be happy to let you use your own vows. If, however, you choose funny wedding vows, or something really non-traditional, you might want to have the person who presides over the wedding approve them first. You don't want any bad surprises in the middle of your ceremony.
Once the wedding supplies and setup crew are all in place, decorating isn't that difficult. Prepare as much as possible before taking the decorations to the location where the wedding will be held. Write a check list of everything that is needed and then mark off items as they arrive to ensure you don't end up at the reception without a key supply like you heartfelt or funny wedding vows, or wedding flowers!
