Words of Wisdom Come in Many Forms: Funny, Beautiful, and Simply Odd

Words of Wisdom come in many packages. There are funny words of wisdom, beautiful words of wisdom and odd sayings that simply make us think. You can find knowledge without finding wisdom, however.

Words that move your spirit, whether making you happy or sad, can teach us many things. The use of parables is often used to teach a lesson by example of another person. Jesus taught in parables. Nostradamus also shared his insight and prophecy set in quatrains, hoping to warrant off any criticisms have been thought to hold some words of wisdom about future times. Yet, there is mixed feeling about what are the true meanings behind the words.

Chinese words of wisdom are popular today. The Art of War, the I Ching, and other Chinese works provide much knowledge and a different perception or point of view for looking at the world.

Be cautious who you listen too, however. Some people will try to say they are teaching words of wisdom when, in fact, they are only taking your money. Look for a teacher that lives what they teach and you will find a true gem for learning wisdom and finding your inner truth.

Whether you choose the Bible, I Ching, Torah, or any other source for your words of wisdom, remember to implement those words into your daily life. Knowledge alone is not enough. Wisdom will tell you that you should act what you believe and let others know who you truly are. Perhaps, then you may impart funny or beautiful words of wisdom to another, at just the perfect time when it means the most.
