April 15th (month and day of birth) + 2003 (upcoming "Universal Year").

4 + 1 + 5 + 2 + 0 + 0 + 3 = 15 (since the sum is more than one digit, we digit down).

1 + 5 = 6

In 2003 the person with this birthday will be in a Six Personal Year.
