How can I pray effectively? (4 minutes, 51 seconds)

My attempts to meditate and pray for guidance are unproductive. Is there a time or reason that our spiritual resources for guidance would be (purposely) limited? (4 minutes, 51 seconds)

I'm confused about prayer. Since we are all connected, God is in me. But praying to God feels like I'm praying to someone outside myself--separate. (2 minutes, 45 seconds)
